目的分析人事档案的建立对医院人力资源管理所产生的作用方法分析了我院最近几年间在人事档案管理中所采取的方法、人事档案的发展历程以及取得的效果结果人事档案的建立正在与计算机等技术相结合,并形成了一定规模的信息系统,它的建立促进了人力资源管理的发展。结论人事档案的建立有利于医院人力资源的管理,在今后的发展中要紧跟时代的步伐,与现代化的计算机技术相结合,让人力资源的管理走向信息化、科学化。
Objective To analyze the effect of establishment of personnel files on the human resources management in hospitals.
