为研究长距离盾构隧道导线测量精度控制问题,以青草沙水源地原水工程盾构施工工程为背景,采用理论分析方法,对传统规范导线测量方法在本工程中的应用缺陷进行分析,根据本工程导线测量新的精度要求,从提高仪器精度、强制对中、加强通风、保证照明条件、多测回测角等方面综合提出保证导线测量精度的施工技术。最后,对工程的测量成果和精度进行了分析,实践结果表明,采用该技术施工的盾构贯通精度较高,满足施工要求。
In order to study the control precision of long distance shield tunneling wire measurement, taking the shield construction project of Qingcaosha water source raw water project as the background, the theoretical analysis method is used to analyze the application defects of traditional gauge wire measurement method in this project. According to this Engineering wire measurement of new precision requirements, from improving the accuracy of the instrument, forced alignment, to enhance ventilation, lighting conditions to ensure that multiple measurements back to the measured angle and other aspects of comprehensive put forward to ensure the wire measurement accuracy of the construction technology. Finally, the measurement results and the accuracy of the project are analyzed. The practice results show that the shield penetrating construction using this technology has high precision and meets the construction requirements.
