目的:探讨延续护理服务干预对初次使用胰岛素笔的糖尿病患者注射技术方面与常规教育组相比是否具有优势。方法:选择2015年1月至2015年7月在我院内分泌科住院并初次使用胰岛素笔的2型糖尿病患者150例,按数字随机法分为对照组和实验组,对照组予常规胰岛素注射技术指导,发放教育资料;实验组在对照组的基础上,出院后实行延续护理。结果:实行延续护理干预后的患者胰岛素注射技术的掌握程度远远大于对照组。结论:延续护理对初次使用胰岛素笔的糖尿病患者注射技术的掌握有积极的促进作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether extended-care interventions have advantages over conventional education groups in injecting diabetic patients with first-time use of insulin pens. Methods: A total of 150 type 2 diabetic patients admitted to Department of Endocrinology and Insulin Pen in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2015 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received routine insulin injection Guidance, distribution of educational materials; experimental group in the control group based on the continuation of nursing after discharge. Results: The level of mastery of insulin injection technique in patients who underwent continuous nursing intervention was far greater than that of control group. CONCLUSIONS: Continuing nursing has a positive effect on the mastery of injection techniques in diabetic patients who first use insulin pen.
