对不同凝固冷却速度、不同晶粒大小的A357(Al7Si0.45 Mg)铸造合金在固溶状态下的共晶Si 粒子线尺寸分布进行了定量研究。并观察和分析了在不同凝固冷速下的共晶Si 粒子在共晶团中的分布特征。
The particle size distribution of eutectic Si particles in the solid solution state of A357 (Al7Si0.45Mg) cast alloy with different solidification cooling rates and different grain sizes was studied quantitatively. The distribution characteristics of eutectic Si particles in eutectic clusters at different cooling rates were observed and analyzed.
