为有效地处理多属性群决策中专家评价信息为残缺语言区间的问题,本文提出了一种最大最小算子来填充残缺语言区间信息的方法。首先,定义最大最小算子并用其填充残缺信息,针对群组决策专家赋权结果不一致的问题,借鉴变异系数法思想确定统一的属性权重。然后,利用算子和算子集结得到各方案的群体综合属性评估值,并根据可能度公式比较各方案群体综合属性评估值得到评估矩阵,进而得到各方案的排序信息。最后通过一个算例验证了所提方法的有效性。
In order to effectively deal with the problem that expert evaluation information in multi-attribute group decision-making is incomplete linguistic interval, this paper proposes a method to fill the incomplete linguistic interval information by the largest and smallest operator. Firstly, the largest and smallest operator is defined and filled with incomplete information. According to the problem of group decision-making experts’ inconsistent results, the method of variation coefficient method is used to determine the uniform weight of attributes. Then, using the operator and operator assembly, the comprehensive property evaluation values of each program are obtained, and the evaluation matrix is obtained by comparing the comprehensive property evaluation values of each program group according to the probability formula, and then the ranking information of each program is obtained. Finally, an example is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
