浇注巴氏合金轴承时,轴承从预热炉中取出装夹到离心机模具上,为不致过于降低轴承的温度,而影响合金粘合力,对小型轴承工艺要求装夹时间为7~15秒。我厂由于轴承规格多,又没有专用设备,所以装夹速度较慢,不能满足工艺要求。现在我们革新了一台风动装夹轴承离心浇注机(见附图)。对一般小型轴承装夹只需2~3秒钟,满足了工艺要求;而且还可以满足多规格轴承的离心浇注;并减轻了劳动强度。现
