游梁抽油机借助于安装在曲柄上的平衡块实现机械平衡,以保证抽油机的传动机构运转正常,受载均匀。曲柄本身的重量也产生平衡力矩。因此,抽油机的曲柄组合件是整个抽油机中钢材耗量最大的部件。例如,CK8-3.5-4000型抽油机的两根曲柄和四个平衡块的重量达5450公斤,占整个抽油机重量的39%,而苏联每年生产的抽油机有几千台,仅用于抽油机平衡的钢材耗量就相当可观,因此,制造曲柄组合件重量较轻的抽油机有着很大的经济意义,本文就这一问题加以讨论。
