本文报告用~(125)I-SPA放射免疫试验测定红细胞相关IgG。测定30例正常人,值为(m±2SD)15±3agSPA/RBC,5例未经治疗的自身免疫性溶血性贫血病人,值为183±3agSPA/RBC,其中1例DAT阴性病人值为86agSPA/RBC。15例非免疫性贫血,值为17±3agSPA/RBC,12例DAT阴性无贫血的SLE及RA病人,值为20±3agSPA/RBC。此试验与DAT比较,其敏感度强十倍。试验的批内变异系数是5.5%,批间变异系数是13%。该试验精确,敏感,重复性好,缺点是不能检测IgG_3型抗体。
This article reports the ~ (125) I-SPA radioimmunoassay to determine erythrocyte-related IgG. A total of 30 normal individuals were enrolled, with a mean of (m ± 2SD) 15 ± 3 agSPA / RBC and 5 untreated patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia, with a median of 183 ± 3 agSPA / RBC, of whom 1 patient with a negative DAT value of 86 gaSPA / RBC. Fifteen nonimmune anemia values of 17 ± 3 agSPA / RBC and 12 patients with DAT-negative anemia without SLE and RA were 20 ± 3 agSPA / RBC. This test is ten times more sensitive than DAT. The intra-assay CV was 5.5% and the inter-assay CV was 13%. The test is accurate, sensitive and reproducible. The disadvantage is that it can not detect IgG3 antibody.
