这是我在实际工作中遇到的一种情况,讲给同行们共同学习,提高实践经验。 我驾驶一台东方红—75型拖拉机在田间作业,在工作时四缸逐渐无力。从声音分析,象是阀的故障,我拆开检查出油阀的密封性,没发现问题。我又检查喷油器的工作压力,经试验器试压,压力正常。我怀疑是否柱塞供油压力不够,经测试也没有问题。我又怀疑油泵拉杆调节叉的紧固螺钉松动,减少了供油量,但检查后螺钉根本不松。
This is a situation that I encountered in practical work. I told colleagues to learn together and improve their practical experience. I drove a Dongfanghong-75 tractor to work in the field, gradually losing power in my work. From the sound analysis, like a valve failure, I opened to check the sealing of the valve, did not find the problem. I also check the working pressure of the injector, the tester pressure test, the pressure is normal. I doubt if the plunger oil pressure is not enough, the test is no problem. I also suspect that the fastening screw of the lever rod of the oil pump is loose, reducing the amount of oil supply, but the screw is not loose after the inspection.
