文章首先导入偏离-份额分析法,然后运用此方法分别对作为全国海洋经济发展试点省份的广东、山东、浙江三省海洋产业结构进行了分析,将海洋经济的增长效应分为3个方面:份额分量、结构偏离分量、竞争力偏离分量。实证结果表明:综合来看,广东发展海洋经济具有竞争力优势和结构优势,山东发展海洋经济具有结构优势和发展基础优势,浙江发展海洋经济3方面优势均不明显,但3方面发展动力较为均衡。
The article first introduces deviation-share analysis method, and then uses this method to separately analyze the marine industrial structure of Guangdong, Shandong and Zhejiang which are the pilot provinces of national marine economic development, and divides the growth effects of marine economy into three aspects: the share component , The structure deviates from the component, the competitiveness deviates from the component. The empirical results show that: On the whole, Guangdong has a competitive advantage and structural advantage in developing marine economy. Shandong has a structural advantage and a basic advantage in developing marine economy. There is no obvious advantage in developing marine economy in Zhejiang Province, but there is a more balanced development momentum in the three aspects .
