辽宁、吉林和朝鲜三地人参对脾虚小鼠细胞凋亡的影响

目的:探讨辽宁、吉林和朝鲜三地人参对小鼠脾细胞凋亡的影响并对三地人参的药效进行比较。方法:将80只昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组、脾虚模型组、正常三地人参灌胃组和脾虚三地人参治疗组,共8组,每组10只。空白对照组灌服生理盐水;脾虚模型组及脾虚三地人参治疗组以番泻叶浸泡液灌胃建立脾虚模型,模型建立后,脾虚三地人参治疗组及正常三地人参灌胃组分别以辽宁、吉林和朝鲜三地人参煎剂灌胃。给药14天后,流式细胞仪测定各组小鼠的脾细胞凋亡率。结果:与空白对照组比较,正常三地人参灌胃组小鼠的脾细胞凋亡率均有不同程度的提高,但没有统计学意义(P>0.05);正常三地人参灌胃组间比较差异不显著(P>0.05);与空白对照组比较,脾虚模型组的脾细胞凋亡率明显下降,两者间有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,辽宁和吉林人参治疗组结果显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较朝鲜人参治疗组治疗效果不显著,两者无统计学意义;三地人参治疗组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:辽宁、吉林和朝鲜三地人参对正常小鼠的脾细胞凋亡率无明显影响;脾虚状态下机体的脾细胞凋亡率降低,辽宁、吉林人参可使其提高至正常水平,朝鲜人参对其影响不显著;三地人参对脾虚小鼠脾细胞凋亡的影响相似,无产地差异。 Objective: To investigate the effects of ginseng on the splenocyte apoptosis in mice in Liaoning, Jilin and North Korea and to compare the efficacy of the three ginsengs. Methods: 80 Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group, spleen deficiency model group, normal three ginseng irrigation group and spleen deficiency three ginseng treatment group, a total of 8 groups of 10 rats. Spleen deficiency model group and spleen deficiency ginseng treatment group were given spleen deficiency model by gavage of senna soaking solution. After establishment of the model, three groups of ginseng treatment group and three normal ginseng gavage group were divided into Liaoning, Jilin and North Korea three ginseng decoction gavage. After 14 days of administration, the apoptosis rate of spleen cells in each group of mice was determined by flow cytometry. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the apoptotic rate of spleen cells in normal three ginseng fed groups increased to some extent, but there was no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Compared with the normal three ginseng fed groups (P> 0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the apoptosis rate of spleen cells in spleen deficiency model group was significantly decreased (P <0.05), compared with the model group, Liaoning and Jilin ginseng treatment (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the curative effect of the Korean ginseng treatment group was not significant, both of which were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the three groups . Conclusion: The ginseng in Liaoning, Jilin and North Korea had no significant effect on the apoptosis rate of spleen cells in normal mice. The apoptosis rate of spleen cells in spleen deficiency state decreased, while that of Liaoning and Jilin ginseng increased to normal level. The effect was not significant; three ginseng splenocyte apoptosis in mice with similar effects, no differences in origin.
