预防为主是我国水土保持的主要方针,也是建设项目水土保持方案编制的重要原则。方案比选的水土保持评价,是水土保持方案编制的重点内容之一。本文分析了方案比选水土保持评价的基本要求、主要内容,提炼了主要评价指标,并在案例中进行了应用分析。
Prevention is the main principle of soil and water conservation in our country and an important principle in compiling water and soil conservation programs for construction projects. Soil and water conservation evaluation of the program comparison and selection is one of the key contents of soil and water conservation program preparation. This paper analyzes the basic requirements and the main contents of the soil and water conservation evaluation comparing with the alternatives and extracts the main evaluation indexes and analyzes the application in the case.
