武术馆(社)是社会力量办学和社会武术发展的产物。武术馆的迅速发展,在继承和弘扬地方传统武术文化、创新发展武术、普及群众性武术活动、培养武术人才、促进经发展等方面发挥了重要的作用。文章通过对新疆昌吉市武术馆(社)的基本情况、场地器材、教练员队伍状况及教练员训练状况,学员状况,以及影响因素进行调查分析,研究结果显示:昌吉市武术馆(社)的发展无序、管理混乱,客观存在着;领导体制不健全,馆长的管理水平较低,内部机构设置不健全,管理制度不完善、管理比较混乱;宣传方式单一;训练场馆面积基本上都是租赁,数量少且分布不均,规模偏小,师资力量薄弱,教练的整体素质偏低,师资来源混杂,流动性大;体育管理部门不够重视等。由于政府支持力度不够和相关体育部门没有相应的支持政策,武术馆(社)不想加大规模,投资太大没有太多的经济效应,故只想维持现状,导致昌吉市武术馆(社)没有更好地发展,处于停滞阶段。 Wushu Museum (community) is the product of social development and social martial arts.
