患者,女性,26岁,辽宁籍,已婚。因间歇性发热2月余1981年6月2日入院。患者在入院前2月余无明显诱因开始间歇发热,为弛张热型,持续4～5月后,发热自行消退,无热期4～5日不等,如此反复发作,发热持续时间逐渐延长。患者发热期间出现皮肤痒疹及颈腋部包块,热退时痒疹及包块亦随之消失。曾至某医院先后作过2次淋巴结活检,分别报告为:(1)淋巴结反应性增生:(2)恶性淋巴瘤(何杰金氏病)可能性大。先后采用过多
