目的 研究TSGF对消化道恶性肿瘤的早期诊断价值。方法 选择胃癌30例,结肠癌25例,肝癌10例。胃癌、结肠癌病例均在术前测定血清CEA和TSGF含量,肝癌病例在术前测定血清AFP和TSGF含量,检测结果以阴性和阳性表示。结果 TSGF检测灵敏度明显高于CEA和AFP(P<0.05)。结论 TSGF作为一个新的肿瘤血清标志物具有较大价值。
Objective To study the early diagnostic value of TSGF in digestive tract malignancy. Methods Thirty patients with gastric cancer, 25 with colon cancer and 10 with liver cancer were selected. Serum CEA and TSGF levels were measured preoperatively in patients with gastric cancer and colon cancer. Serum AFP and TSGF levels were determined before surgery in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. The results were expressed as negative and positive. Results The detection sensitivity of TSGF was significantly higher than that of CEA and AFP (P<0.05). Conclusion TSGF has a great value as a new tumor serum marker.
