要想促进幼儿各方面的和谐发展,就必须给他们提供良好的机会和条件,让他们运用自己的感官,充分地与周围的人、事、物相互作用,通过自己的主动活动,获得丰富的经验,得到主动的发展。为此,教师必须了解儿童、尊重儿童的学习规律。为使《幼儿园工作规程》的这种教育观、儿童观得到体现,必须处理好以下五个方面的关系。一、教师与幼儿的关系受传统教育观念的影响,我们以前把幼儿的学习活动变成了教师教、幼儿学的活动。教师怎样教,幼儿就怎样学,忽视了幼儿自身的积极性、主动性。在教育过程中,教师可以说是“周密思考”、“步步为营”,连什么问题应该怎样回答,都设想得十分具体,幼儿的思维、行动都跟着教师的指挥棒转,不得越雷池半步,就像教师设计好一只口袋,逼迫幼儿往里面钻。
