集中供热采用板式换热器二次供回水侧污物多,易堵塞,造成换热效果不理想,若频繁清洗拆装,则会降低换热器的使用寿命,增加了费用和劳动强度。通过规范的冲洗、定期的排污和保养、改变水的运行方式、提高再生液浓度等,可以有效地消除换热器的堵塞现象。通过换热器活动前后运行参数的对比,我们发现,换热器机组的供回水压差比活动前降低了0.06 MPa,供水温度比活动前提高了8℃以上,消除了热网内污物造成换热器堵塞和集气引起的气塞故障,提高了供热效果,达到了消除换热器堵塞故障的目的。
