从今年七月一日起,国家信访局门户网站网上投诉全面放开受理内容,这一举措赢得了人民群众的赞许。信息化时代,国家信访部门采取更加开放的心态和更加开放的形式受理人民群众的投诉,让信访渠道更加畅通,办事效率更加快捷,服务工作更加到位。如此,也更加符合时代要求。但愿这一举措不流于形式,且有始有终。期望各级政府职能部门都能像国家信访局这样,充分利用好网络这一平台,认真倾听基层群众的声音,为老百姓办实事、做好事、解难事。
Starting from July 1 this year, the online complaint of the State Bureau of Letters and Calls Portal was completely released. The move won the praise of the masses. In the era of informationization, the state petitioning department took a more open mind and more open form to handle the complaints of the people and made the channel of letters and visits more smooth and efficient, with more efficient service work. So, it is more in line with the requirements of the times. I hope this move is not a formality, and there is a beginning and end.
