针对登封矿区煤层松软瓦斯含量大透气性差的情况,采用数学计算方式计算了水力冲孔水射流破煤压力,利用COMSOL软件模拟分析了水力冲孔有效影响范围,研究了水力冲孔在煤矿低透气性松软煤层区域抽采消突措施中的应用效果,确定了适用于马池煤矿的水力冲孔技术参数。研究表明,在运用相关技术参数的情况下,水力冲孔在煤矿低透气性松软煤层区域抽采消突措施中应用效果显著。
Aiming at the weak gas permeability of loose coal seam in Dengfeng mining area, the pressure of hydraulic piercing water jet was calculated by mathematical calculation and the effective influence range of hydraulic piercing was simulated by COMSOL software. The effect of hydraulic piercing in low coal mine The application effect of eliminating gas outburst measures in gas drainage soft coal seam area, and the hydraulic punching technical parameters suitable for Ma Chi coal mine were determined. The research shows that hydraulic punching is effective in eliminating gas outburst in the coal mine with low permeability and gas permeability under the condition of using relevant technical parameters.
