差示扫描量热仪(Differential Scanning Calorimeter,DSC)作为研究物质成分及物化性质与热流、能量关系的分析仪器,其炉膛在设计时要求具有良好的均温性从而保证热流、能量的精确检测。为了提高炉膛均温性,研究样品支撑架上样品与参比端的间距对炉膛均温性的影响。通过ANSYS软件建立DSC炉膛数学模型,计算和比较不同间距模型不同稳态温度时炉膛温度场分布,得到在内径为28mm的DSC炉膛下样品与参比端的最优间距为12.5 mm,并进行实验验证了利用该法仿真得到的温度分布规律。通过仿真分析对优化炉膛设计有一定的指导意义。
Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) is an analytical instrument for studying the relationship between material composition, physico-chemical properties and heat flow and energy. The design of the furnace requires a good homogenization temperature to ensure accurate detection of heat flow and energy. In order to improve the average temperature of the furnace, the influence of the distance between the sample and the reference end of the sample holder on the average temperature of the furnace was studied. The mathematical model of DSC furnace was established by ANSYS software to calculate and compare the temperature field distribution of furnace at different steady state temperature with different spacing model. The optimal spacing between sample and reference end under DSC furnace with inner diameter of 28mm was 12.5 mm and verified by experiment Using the method of simulation of the temperature distribution. Through simulation analysis to optimize the design of the furnace has a certain significance.
