在分析房地产业特点的基础上,结合顾客满意度理论,构建了房地产的顾客满意度模型,并针对模型分析了影响房地产顾客满意度的诸多因素,提出了提升房地产企业顾客满意度的经营策略。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the real estate industry and the theory of customer satisfaction, a real estate customer satisfaction model is constructed. According to the model, many factors that affect real estate customer satisfaction are analyzed, and the management strategies to enhance the customer satisfaction of the real estate business are put forward.
