In addition, due to factors such as declining markets, technical reforms, and overburdened financial burdens, weaving plants are increasingly losing money, and it is difficult for the group to emerge from the predicament. In response to this, the new leadership of the Group changed its way of thinking. Starting from the group’s overall efficiency, it considered the spinning and weaving department as a whole considering it as a whole, and treated the development of weaving as a stepping-off of the group’s turnaround.
