采用恒电位方法研究了羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸(DETPMP),三乙烯四胺六甲叉膦酸(TETHMP)、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸(EDTMP)对碳钢在NaHCO3-Na2CO3缓冲液中钝化过程及膜破裂电位的影响,结果表明:在一定的浓度范围内,上述有机膦酸盐能促进碳钢的钝化性能,并能使其进入自钝化状态,但当有机膦酸盐浓度增加到一定值后,碳钢的阳极溶解电流又重新增大。有机膦酸盐对碳钢在含Cl-离子的NaHCO3-Na2CO3体系的孔蚀无抑制作用
Potentiostatic methods were used to study the effects of hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid (HEDP), diethylenetriamine pentamethylenephosphonic acid (DETPMP), triethylenetetramine hexamethylenephosphonic acid (TETHMP), ethylenediaminetetramethylenephosphonic acid EDTMP) on the passivation process and membrane rupture potential of carbon steel in NaHCO3-Na2CO3 buffer solution. The results show that: in certain concentration range, the above organic phosphonate can promote the passivation properties of carbon steel, Into the self-passivation state, but when the organic phosphonate concentration increased to a certain value, the anodic dissolution current of carbon steel again increased. Organic phosphonates have no inhibitory effect on the corrosion of carbon steel in the NaHCO3-Na2CO3 system containing Cl-
