~(99m)Tc标记六甲丙二胺肟(~(99m)Tc-HM-PAO),不仅具有能通过血脑屏障,而且具有摄取百分率高(73.5％)、滞留时间长的优点。为填补国内空白,我们对~(99m)Tc-HM-PAO进行了研制。
The 99m Tc labeled hexamethylenediamine oxime (~ (99m) Tc-HM-PAO) not only has the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, but also has the advantage of high uptake (73.5%) and long residence time. To fill the domestic blank, we have ~ (99m) Tc-HM-PAO were developed.
