[目的]筛选适合山西省晋中地区栽植的、抗寒性较强的柿品种。[方法]以引进的10个有代表性的柿品种一年生休眠枝条为材料,通过人工模拟降温,对其进行低温诱导,并对柿枝条的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸、MDA、SOD活性、POD活性等生理指标进行测定,应用主成分分析法,对10个柿品种的抗寒性进行综合评价分析。[结果]10个柿品种抗寒性大小依次为:磨盘柿>海安小方柿>华县白旋柿>干帽盔>火罐>泾川扁塌塌>荥阳大叶水柿>阳丰>永济青柿>孝义牛心柿。其中涩柿品种:磨盘柿、华县白旋柿、泾川扁塌塌、火罐等几个品种较适宜山西省果树所地区栽植;甜柿品种阳丰改接的枝条目前长势良好。[结论]筛选出适合山西省晋中地区栽植的、抗寒性较强的柿品种有磨盘柿、华县白旋柿、泾川扁塌塌、火罐。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen the persimmon cultivars which are suitable for planting cold hardiness in Jinzhong of Shanxi Province. [Method] The annual dormancy shoots from 10 representative persimmon cultivars were used as materials to reduce the temperature by artificial simulation. The soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, proline, MDA, SOD activity, POD activity and other physiological indexes were determined. Principal component analysis was used to evaluate the cold resistance of 10 persimmon cultivars. [Result] The cold resistance of 10 persimmon cultivars were as follows: Mopan persimmon> Haian small persimmon> Huaxian persimmons> dry cap helmets> cupping> Jingchuan flat collapsed> Lianyungang large persimmon> Yangfeng> Yongji Green persimmon> Xiaoyi cattle heart persimmon. Among them, astringent persimmon varieties: Mopu persimmon, persimmon in Huaxian persimmon, Jingchuan flat collapse, cupping and other varieties more suitable for planting in the fruit trees in Shanxi Province; sweet persimmon varieties Yangfeng connected branches are currently growing well. [Conclusion] The suitable persimmon cultivars suitable for Jinzhong in Shanxi Province were hardwood persimmon, persimmon persimmon in Huaxian, Jingchuan flat collapsed and cupping.
