前言工业锅炉是用煤大户,全国约有10吨/时以下的小型工业锅炉30~40万台,年耗煤3亿吨,约占全国煤产量的1/3。这些锅炉中,大部分是没有尾部受热面的蒸发量小于4吨/时的锅炉,排烟温度高,处于低效率运行中,具有很大的节能潜力。热管是一种高效传热元件,由热管组成的热管换热器具有高效、轻便、可靠、经济等优点。国外用于节能的热管换热器已经系列化和批量生产。国内自1977年开始研制热管换热器,进展较快,但大部分属于单个热管空气预热器或热管省煤器,而对于工业锅炉排烟余热的综合有效应用和提高环境保护效益方面的研究较少。
Preface Industrial boilers are large-scale coal producers. There are between 30 and 400,000 small industrial boilers in the country with a production capacity of less than 10 tons / hour.
