自从我国推行国家公务员制度以来,我国的干部人事管理制度取得了一定的成绩,但也暴露出了众多问题。本文在分析研究美国的职位分类制的基础上,结合公务员法的颁布实施,探讨我国公务员制度存在的问题,对我国公务员制度的改革提出建议。
Since the implementation of the national civil service system in our country, our country’s cadre and personnel management system has achieved some success, but also exposed many problems. Based on the analysis of the job classification system in the United States and the promulgation and implementation of the Civil Servant Law, this paper explores the existing problems of the civil servant system in our country and puts forward suggestions on the reform of the civil servant system in China.
