为了提高运输网络系统的收益管理水平,以民航客运航线网络为背景,从策略、模型和方法3个方面系统地研究了网络舱位控制的基本问题。针对控制策略,对分块预订限制、虚拟嵌套和竞标价格等策略的优劣性和适用条件进行了探讨。分析了传统的控制模型,并对新出现的复杂模型分为随机动态规划模型、混合模型、多阶段随机规划模型和Scenario树模型进行研究。讨论了基于资源分解的网络舱位控制方法,指出应该从资源分解的原则和单资源舱位控制模型2个方面去构建网络策略。研究结果表明:网络舱位控制模型和方法只有与适合的控制策略有效结合才能达到期望总收益最大化的目的。
In order to improve the revenue management level of transportation network system, this paper systematically studies the basic problems of network space control from three aspects of strategy, model and method in the context of civil aviation passenger route network. In view of the control strategy, the advantages and disadvantages of the strategies such as block reservation limit, virtual nesting and bidding price are discussed. The traditional control model is analyzed, and the emerging complex models are divided into stochastic dynamic programming model, hybrid model, multi-stage stochastic programming model and Scenario tree model. This paper discusses the method of network class control based on resource decomposition and points out that the network strategy should be constructed from the two aspects of resource decomposition principle and single resource class control model. The results show that the model and method of network space control can only achieve the maximization of expected total revenue only when they are effectively combined with appropriate control strategies.
