各种凝血因子缺乏的诊断方法(如:凝血酶原时间和其它的凝血因子测定等),要求全部操作在37℃水浴中进行。但在测定时,需将试验管从水浴中取出、不断倾斜以观察凝结时间。这在气温差别悬殊的地区或季节,就难以达到操作温度的要求。为了克服外界气温对试验的影响,我们利用一些简便材料,制作了各种凝血因子测定用的简易浴温装置(见附图)。经使用,效果较满意。
A variety of diagnostic methods for lack of clotting factors (such as prothrombin time and other clotting factor determination, etc.), all operations required in 37 ℃ water bath. However, in the determination, the test tube needs to be removed from the water bath and continuously tilted to observe the setting time. This is difficult to reach the operating temperature requirements in regions or seasons where the temperature difference is very poor. In order to overcome the influence of outside temperature on the experiment, we made some simple bath temperature devices for coagulation factor determination with some simple materials (see attached figure). After use, the effect is more satisfactory.
