以钾长石粉体为原料,通过水热分解、酸溶等过程破坏钾长石晶体结构,得到铝硅滤渣,再补充硅酸钾水玻璃,在适宜条件下水热合成L型分子筛。研究了导向剂、硅铝摩尔比、钾硅摩尔比以及晶化温度和时间条件对合成L型分子筛的影响,并对L型分子筛制品进行表征。结果表明:合成产物为单一物相的L型分子筛,结晶效果良好,分子筛晶体呈短柱状,晶粒长约1μm,直径为100~500 nm,比表面积为327.53m2/g。
Using potassium feldspar powder as raw material, the crystal structure of potassium feldspar is destroyed by hydrothermal decomposition, acid dissolution and the like, aluminum silicon residue is obtained, potassium silicate glass is added, and L type molecular sieve is hydrothermally synthesized under appropriate conditions. The influence of the directing agent, molar ratio of silicon and aluminum, mole ratio of potassium to silicon, crystallization temperature and time on the synthesis of L-type molecular sieve was studied. The L-type molecular sieve was characterized. The results show that the synthesized product is a single phase L - type molecular sieve with good crystallization effect. The molecular sieve has a short column with a grain length of 1μm, a diameter of 100 ~ 500 nm and a specific surface area of 327.53m2 / g.
