我国严峻的环境形势,迫切需要检察机关提起环境民事公益诉讼。我国检察机关的性质职责及其与其他机关相比的优势,决定其应当在在已有的理论依据和法律实践的支撑下,推动环境公益诉讼在我国的发展,从而保护我国环境。 The serious environmental situation in our country urgently requires the procuratorial organs to bring environmental civil public interest litigation. The procuratorial organs of our country have their own functions and responsibilities as well as their advantages compared with other organs and decided that they should promote the development of environmental public interest litigation in our country with the support of existing theoretical bases and legal practices so as to protect our environment.
