本文给出一种适于求解多个复杂形体,多个分散接触区的复杂弹性接触问题的新方法。这种方法以指定相关接触节点对的位移相等或其差值为一定值的有限元法为基础,在一般结构分析有限元程序的基础上稍加修改补充即可实现复杂的接触计算。其中的关键工作在于导出了指定位移相等或位移差为定值时,接触节点力的计算公式和接触状态的判定、修改准则,使接触迭代成为可能。文中给出的若干算例说明方法是可行的。这种方法的优点在于原理简单、易于实现、适用性广、具有较高的精度。最后,通过一种空空导弹挂飞状态的接触计算,说明它具有一定的工程实用价值。
In this paper, a new method is proposed to solve the complex elastic contact problem of multiple complex shapes and multiple discrete contact zones. This method is based on the finite element method that specifies the displacement of the corresponding contact node pair or the difference between them to a certain value. Based on the finite element program of general structural analysis, the complex contact calculation can be realized with a little modification and supplement. The key work is to derive the formula of the contact nodal force and the determination of the contact state when the specified displacements are equal or the displacements are constant, and modify the criterion to make contact iteration possible. Several examples given in the paper illustrate the method is feasible. The advantage of this method is the simple principle, easy to implement, wide applicability and high accuracy. Finally, the air-to-air missiles flying contact state calculation shows that it has a certain engineering value.
