气体渗碳炉炉盖和轴封的结构形式及制造质量对渗碳质量至关重要,且直接影响炉盖部分的维修周期的长短。我厂在1978年参照有关图纸,自制两台燃油气体渗碳炉(标准结构)。经使用后存在如下问题:(1)风扇轴漏气(有时维修后使用几个班就漏气);(2)电机外壳受炉盖传热温升太高;(3)风扇轴易弯曲。 经分析,产生上述问题原因有:1)轴封采用盘根压紧,尽管在维修时已压得很紧,但运转不久后,由于盘根无弹性导致漏气;(2)由于风扇轴下端悬臂太长,风扇略有不平衡,旋转轴在高温高速下因强度不足而
The structure and quality of the carburizing furnace lid and shaft seal are of crucial importance to the quality of the carburizing and directly affect the length of the service life of the lid. I plant in 1978 with reference to the drawings, made two homemade gas carburizing furnace (standard structure). After the use of the following problems: (1) fan shaft leakage (sometimes after several classes of maintenance leaks); (2) the motor housing by the lid heat transfer temperature is too high; (3) the fan shaft is flexible.
