本文利用小鼠、肾囊膜下移植法(SRCA)预测评价了金荞麦提取物金E和CD_1对12例肺癌组织块异种移植后治疗的敏感性,初步观察了两种提取物对荷瘤宿主的毒副作用。移植实验总可评价率为83.3%(10/12)。以移植前后癌组织体积改变OMU<-10为有效标准,金E和CD_1的有效比分别为4/10和2/10。肺鳞癌对金E治疗的敏感性高于其它组织类型的肺癌。两种提取物时宿主无明显毒副反应。利用SRCA法进行临床前期预测评价有苗头的抗癌剂尚属新的尝试。
In this paper, mice and subrenal capsule method (SRCA) were used to predict and evaluate the sensitivity of gold buckwheat extract gold E and CD 1 to the treatment of 12 cases of lung cancer after xenotransplantation, and preliminary observation of the two extracts on tumor-bearing host The toxic side effects. The total evaluation rate of transplantation experiments was 83.3% (10/12). Taking the volume of the cancer tissue before and after transplantation as the effective criterion, the effective ratio of gold E and CD 1 was 4/10 and 2/10, respectively. Lung squamous cell carcinoma is more sensitive to gold E treatment than other tissue types of lung cancer. There were no obvious toxic side effects of the two extracts. The use of the SRCA method for preclinical prediction and evaluation of emerging anti-cancer agents is a new attempt.
