为了探究鱼类群落的分布特征及与环境因子的相互关系,利用目前较为流行的广义加性模型(GAM)来分析鱼类群落与环境的关系,并进行鱼类群落多样性分布预测。结果表明:建立的模型运行良好,丰富度指数模型与多样性指数模型的解释率分别为68.9%和64.6%,预测值与观测值的相关系数平均值均为0.53;鱼类群落多样性分布主要受生境类型、季节、水温等因素影响,丰富度指数与多样性指数所受影响因子略有差异,影响丰富度分布的主要因子为生境、月份、温度、叶绿素和溶氧,影响多样性指数分布的主要因素为生境、叶绿素和溶氧;在研究海域,丰富度、多样性指数呈现中心海域高于周边海域的现象,泥沙石及岛屿岩礁生境附近的预测值较高。
In order to explore the distribution characteristics of fish communities and its relationship with environmental factors, the relationship between fish communities and environment was analyzed by using the generalized additive model (GAM), which is currently popular, and the distribution of fish community diversity was also predicted.
