目的探讨胃镜下组织胶联合金属夹治疗孤立性胃底静脉曲张(IGV1型)的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2015年1月-2016年12月该院胃镜下组织胶联合金属夹治疗肝硬化IGV1型患者21例的临床资料,并结合相关文献进行分析。结果 21患者治疗均顺利完成,第1周、第1个月、第3个月、第6个月复查胃镜,胃底静脉曲张明显减少,无明显大出血、栓塞等严重并发症。结论组织胶联合金属夹治疗肝硬化IGV1型具有临床意义,可为临床处理该类疾病提供参考。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tissue glue combined with metal clips in the treatment of isolated gastric varices (IGV1 type). Methods The clinical data of 21 cases with cirrhosis IGV1 type treated with gastroscopic tissue glue and metal clips from January 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively and analyzed with related literatures. Results 21 patients were successfully completed the treatment, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months review of endoscopy, gastric varices was significantly reduced, no significant bleeding, embolism and other serious complications. Conclusion Tissue glue combined with metal clips for the treatment of cirrhosis IGV1 type has clinical significance, which may provide a reference for clinical treatment of such diseases.
