目的观察痰热清治疗儿童急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法随机选择观察组和对照组急性支气管炎各86例,观察组加用痰热清注射液,观察两组临床疗效。结果痰热清具有清热、止咳、化痰、抗感染等疗效,总有效率达96%,在退热、止咳及缩短病程方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应,用药安全、方便。结论痰热清辅助治疗急性支气管炎有疗效,结果令人满意,可以推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing in treating children with acute bronchitis. Methods A total of 86 cases of acute bronchitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given Tanreqing Injection, and the clinical curative effect was observed. Results Tanreqing has the efficacy of clearing away heat, relieving cough, resolving phlegm and resisting infection. The total effective rate is 96%. It is obviously superior to the control group in relieving fever, relieving cough and shortening the course of disease (P <0.05) Medication safe and convenient. Conclusion Tanreqing adjuvant treatment of acute bronchitis have curative effect, the result is satisfactory, can promote the use.
