为研究可逆机转轮的设计方法,提出了按水泵给定流道参数和转数,从水轮机方向计算叶型的全三维逆向设计方法。对高水头水泵水轮机转轮进行了全三维设计,并对所设计的转轮用三维湍流数值模型进行了性能预估。结果表明全三维逆向设计方法是可行的,设计方法有较好的可控性。由于在设计中综合考虑了水泵和水轮机的双向流动特性,设计转轮有较好的效率。
In order to study the design method of reversible machine runner, a full three-dimensional reverse design method of calculating the shape of the blade from the direction of turbine is proposed according to the parameter and the number of rotations of the given pump. The full three-dimensional design of high-head pump turbine runner was carried out, and the performance of the designed runner was predicted by three-dimensional turbulence numerical model. The results show that all-dimensional reverse design method is feasible and the design method has better controllability. Due to the bi-directional flow characteristics of the pump and the turbine, the design of the runner has better efficiency.
