目的 为了寻找低毒有效的放射增敏剂 ,观察CGEONA(羧基 苯乙烯基锗倍半氧化物钠盐 )对荷瘤小鼠和正常小鼠放射敏感性的影响。方法 放射增敏实验用T 73 9小鼠 ,肿瘤模型LA 795肺腺癌 ,采用肿瘤再生长延缓法评价效果 ;放射防护实验用昆明种小鼠 ,观察 3 0d存活率和对造血系统的影响。结果 CGEONA药物浓度为 1/ 10LD50 时平均放射增敏比为 1 4。放射防护实验给药组与对照组相比 ,存活率以及造血系统指标无明显差异。结论 CGEONA是新型低毒有效放射增敏剂 ,对照射的正常动物无放射增敏作用 ,值得进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of CGEONA (sodium carboxystyryl germanium sesquioxide) on the radiosensitivity of tumor-bearing and normal mice in order to find a radiotoxic sensitizer with low toxicity. Methods Radiosensitization experiments were performed on T 73 9 mice and LA 795 lung adenocarcinoma of the tumor model, and the effect was evaluated by tumor regrowth retardation method. Kunming mice were used in radioprotection experiments to observe the survival rate at 30 days and the effect on hematopoietic system. Results When the CGEONA drug concentration was 1/10 LD50, the average radiosensitization ratio was 14. Compared with control group, there was no significant difference in survival rate and hematopoietic system between radiotherapy group and control group. Conclusion CGEONA is a new low toxicity and effective radiosensitizer, which has no radiosensitizing effect on irradiated normal animals and deserves further study.
