我厂原有老式K_2锅炉两台,长期存在着耗煤量大,热效率低,经测得每吨蒸汽耗煤量为305公斤,最大蒸发量为1.48吨/时,而且操作条件差,烟尘严重,黑烟滚滚,污染环境。为此我厂改造了这两台老式K_2锅炉,对改造后的两台新锅炉进行技术测定表明:蒸发量提高到4吨/时,每吨蒸汽耗煤量降到168公斤(蒸发量是在新炉而又间断运行情况下测定的);比改造前
