一、说教材1.教材分析《食物中的营养物质》是在第一章学习了人的由来,知道人的生长发育需要补充营养物质而延伸的。在第1课时中,对食物中所含有的营养物质进行学习探究,是让学生懂得营养全面合理重要性的基础。本节课(第二课时)主要学习糖类、蛋白质、脂肪的作用和来源,了解了几种无机盐和维生素的作用。通过学习让学生认识到人体所需要的营养物质都是从食物中得到的,整个教学应紧密联系生活实际,列举学生熟悉的例子,让学生切实感受到良好饮食
First, teaching materials 1. Textbook analysis “Nutrients in food” is in the first chapter studied the origin of people, that people need to supplement the growth and development of nutrients extending. This lesson (the second class) focuses on the role and source of carbohydrates, proteins, fats and understand the role of several inorganic salts and vitamins. Through the study to enable students to recognize that the human body needs nutrients are obtained from food, the entire teaching should be closely linked to the actual life, students familiar with the example cited, so that students really feel good diet
