(2013年11月2日)去年全省沿海开发推进会以来,我市紧紧围绕《江苏沿海地区发展规划》和全省沿海开发《五年推进计划》的落实,以港产城联动发展为核心,以推进转型升级为主线,以重大项目实施为抓手,加快港口等基础设施建设,着力构建现代化产业体系,统筹推进各项事业发展,沿海开发取得重要阶段性成果,有力带动了全市经济社会又好又快发展。一、推动港口综合发展。突出港口在沿海开发中的龙头引擎作用,加快推动港口转型升级、综合发展、做大做强。一是加强港口能力建设。快速推进主港提升和两翼拓展,“一体两翼”
