文章对使用紫外—可见分光光度法分析铬矿中钼的元素含量的不确定度进行评定,通过分析不确定度来源,其中包括样品称量、定容、样品重复测定、紫外-可见分光光度计仪器、标准溶液配制、工作缺陷拟合等因素,计算钼元素含量测得的量值得合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。当测得铬铁矿中钼含量为9.2%时,扩展不确定度为(9.20±0.130)%(k=2)。
The article evaluates the uncertainty of elemental content of molybdenum in chrome ore by UV-visible spectrophotometry. By analyzing sources of uncertainty, including sample weighing, constant volume, repeated sample determination, UV-visible spectrophotometer Equipment, preparation of standard solution, work defect fitting and other factors, calculate the amount of molybdenum content of the standard value of the synthetic standard uncertainty and expansion of uncertainty. The expanded uncertainty is (9.20 ± 0.130)% (k = 2) when the molybdenum content in the chromite is measured at 9.2%.
