通过对废旧沥青混合料再生技术国内外研究现状的分析,结合传统再生技术的优缺点,提出了废旧沥青混合料新的再生技术——分离式再生。通过对采用分离式再生集料拌制的再生沥青混合料性能试验,分析了再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温性能和水稳定性等路用性能。研究结果表明:废旧沥青混合料分离式再生集料满足沥青混合料用集料的技术要求,分离式再生集料拌制的再生沥青混合料具有良好的路用性能。
Based on the analysis of the current research status of waste asphalt recycling technology at home and abroad, combined with the advantages and disadvantages of traditional recycling technology, a new regeneration technology of waste asphalt mixture is proposed - separate regeneration. Through the performance test of recycled asphalt mixture prepared by separate recycled aggregate, the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture including high temperature stability, low temperature performance and water stability was analyzed. The results show that the separated recycled aggregate of waste asphalt mixture meets the technical requirements of aggregate used in asphalt mixture, and the recycled asphalt mixture prepared by separate recycled aggregate has good road performance.
