研究Cistus parviflorus叶的化学成分.采用溶剂提取和色谱分离技术进行化学成分分离,根据质谱和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构.从Cistus parviflorus叶提取物中分离得到18个化合物,分别鉴定为山奈酚3-O-(3“,6”-双-O-E-p-香豆酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),东莨菪素(2),山奈酚3-O-(3“-O-E-p-香豆酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),3-O-(6”-O-E-p-香豆酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),山奈酚3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-(6“-O-E-p-香豆酰基)β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),methyl flavogallonate (7),槲皮素3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8),槲皮素3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(9),对苯二酚(10),熊果素(11),甲基β-吡喃葡萄糖(12),莽草酸(13),(S)-1,2-丙二醇-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(14),苯甲基-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(15),2-苯乙基-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(16),corchoionoside C(17),山奈酚3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1 8).化合物1~2,6-7,10~12和14~16为首次从Cistus属中分离得到.”,“A phytochemical investigation on the leaves of Cistus parviflorus led to the isolation of 18 compounds.The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated as kaempferol 3-O-(3”,6“-di-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1),scopoletin (2),kaempferol 3-O-(3”-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (3),kaempferol 3-O-(6“-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (4),kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5),kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-(6”-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (6),methyl flavogallonate (7),quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8),quercetin 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (9),hydroquinone (10),arbutin (11),methyl β-glucopyranoside (12),shikimic acid (13),(S)-1,2-propandiol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (14),benzyl-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (15),2-phenethyl-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (16),corchoionoside C (17),kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1--→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (18) by the analysis of the MS and NMR spectroscopic data and comparison with the literature.Compounds 1-2,6-7,10-12,and 14-16 were isolated from Cistus genus for the first time.
