众所周知,铝电解槽阴极装置的工作既取决于结构因素,也取决于工艺因素。但二者的影响常常是相互关联的,这就使对阴极情况的了解变得复杂,并给选择电解槽的正确操作方法和设计方法造成困难。笔者的任务是揭开这个不确定性,指出结构因素和工艺因素的相互关系,并就提高电解槽可靠性的问题提出建议。我们以若干例证试演示之。
It is well known that the operation of a cathode cell of an aluminum reduction cell depends on both the structural factor and the technological factor. However, the effects of the two are often interdependent, complicating the understanding of the cathode situation and creating difficulties in the proper operation and design of the process for selecting the cell. The author’s task is to uncover this uncertainty, pointing out the relationship between structural and technological factors, and make recommendations for improving the reliability of the cell. We try it out with a few examples.
