随着我国加入WTO过程中开发了国际市场,企业所面临的市场环境发生了深刻的变化。市场竞争在给企业带来发展机遇的同时,也带来了日益增多的风险,尤其是合同风险增加,给不少国有企业带来难以弥补的损失。本文从国有企业的合同风险处理方法入手,再叙述了国有企业经营中出现的合同风险的种类,最后对以上的问题进行以强化自身为主的解决办法。希望为国有企业经营中的合同风险防范起到一定得作用。
With the development of China’s accession to the WTO in the international market, the market conditions faced by enterprises have undergone profound changes. While market competition brings opportunities for development to enterprises, it also brings increasing risks. In particular, the increase in contractual risks has caused irreparable losses to many state-owned enterprises. This article begins with the method of dealing with the contract risks of state-owned enterprises, and then describes the types of contractual risks that arise in the operation of state-owned enterprises. Finally, the solution to the above problems is to strengthen themselves. Hope for the prevention of contract risks in the management of state-owned enterprises play a role.
