(一)问题的提起我厂现行对ZQDR—204牵引电动机换向器的检修,是按照1979年12月份制订的DJGW—21号工艺文件进行的。该工艺规定:对整流子变形凸片者,采用重新旋修燕尾槽的办法修复。旋修工作在C666车床上进行。并规定前后燕尾间距(见图1,以下简称燕尾间距或间距)的尺寸为:旋修前大于138毫米,旋修后大于136毫米。通过几年来的实践特别是近年来的实践,时常发现有的技术状态尚好的换向器,经旋修后,燕尾间距低于136毫米,从而造成报废。且从发展趋势看来,这种情况将越来越多。本人对1982年9月至1983年2月半年

The process provides that: the commutator deforming tab, repair the dovetail groove by way of repair. Rotary repair work on the C666 lathe. And the size of the front and rear dovetail (see Figure 1, hereinafter referred to as the dovetail spacing or spacing) is defined as: greater than 138 mm before repair, greater than 136 mm after repair. After years of practice, especially in recent years, it is not uncommon to find commutators that are still in good technical condition. After the rotary repairs, the dovetail spacing is less than 136 mm, which leads to scrap. And from the development trend, this situation will be more and more.
