DNA芯片技术是在一块面积很小的基板上有序固定大量寡核苷酸探针或cDNA探针而组成高密二维的阵列,利用原位杂交技术和高灵敏度的检测系统获得大量DNA信息。它不仅可一次检测多种病毒、细菌等微生物,而且可鉴别菌株及亚型,分析耐药基因和耐药机制以及进行流行病学调查。本文主要对DNA芯片技术的原理、方法、在微生物检测中的应用和将来的发展前景作一简要综述。
DNA chip technology is an array of high-density two-dimensional array of large number of oligonucleotide probes or cDNA probes ordered on a small area of the substrate, using DNA in situ hybridization and high sensitivity detection system to obtain a large amount of DNA information. It can not only detect a variety of viruses, bacteria and other microorganisms at one time, but also identify strains and subtypes, analyze drug resistance genes and drug resistance mechanisms, and carry out epidemiological investigations. This article mainly gives a brief overview of the principle, method, application in the detection of microorganisms and future development prospects of DNA chip technology.
