领导既指领导人、领导集团,又指领导过程。领导是紧缺资源,是现代社会国家之间、组织之间竞争的主体和决定性因素。领导的影响力与领导者的人格力量密切相关,而领导者的人格力量又靠领导者良好人格的自我表现支持。成功领导的关键在于能够把握领导和管理的区别与联系;因此,对领导者的素质要求既有基本的方面,又有特殊的方面。在干部年轻化的时代潮流下,年轻干部应注重领导影响力和领导素质的培养,塑造年轻、成熟、有为的合一。
Leadership refers to both leaders, leading groups, but also refers to the leadership process. Leadership is a scarce resource and is the main and decisive factor in the competition among countries and organizations in modern society. The influence of leadership is closely related to the personality of the leader, and the personality of the leader is supported by the leader’s self-expression of good personality. The key to successful leadership lies in being able to grasp the difference and connection between leadership and management; therefore, the quality requirements of leaders have both basic and special aspects. Under the trend of younger cadres, young cadres should pay attention to the cultivation of leaders’ influence and leadership qualities, and create a young, mature and promising unity.
